Budd is a member of the Kingston Legion Branch #098. Submitted by Kingston Branch #098. MORTON, David WWII Dave was born in Trenton, NS in 1923 and currently resides in Trenton. Dave served with The 8th Canadian Hussars (Princess Louise’s) New Brunswick and The 17th Duke of York Royal Canadian Hussars from 1943 to 1945. Dave saw duty during the Battle of Antrim, which included the capture of a German Convoy. He also was active in the Liberation of The Municipality of Putten, also in Ireland. Dave served in England, Africa, Italy, Holland and Ireland. Submitted by Trenton Branch #029. MUISE, Antoine Z. WWII Antoine was born on July 5, 1920 in Sluice Point, Yarmouth County, NS. He served as Gunner during World War II, being stationed in Newfoundland. Antoine passed away on July 22, 2002. He was brother to Gacien Muise and Henry Muise. Submitted by Yarmouth Branch #061. MUISE, Gacien A. WWII Gacien was born on July 23, 1916 in Sluice Point, Yarmouth County, NS. He served as Gunner during World War II, being stationed in Newfoundland. Gacien passed away in Belliveau’s Cove on January 1, 1986. He was brother to Antoine Muise and Henry Muise. Submitted by Yarmouth Branch #061. MUISE, Henry J. WWII Henry was born on May 26, 1918 in Sluice Point, Yarmouth County, NS. He was a Gunner with the Cape Breton Highlanders with the RCIC. Henry was killed in action on September 1, 1944 in Italy. He is buried at Ancona War Cemetery. He was brother to Gacien Muise, and Antoine Muise. Submitted by Yarmouth Branch #061.
