This publication recognizes the many brave men and women of Nova Scotia and Nunavut who have served our Country so valiantly in times of conflict. The contributions to our society, made by our Veterans, are invaluable and should not be forgotten. It is important to continue to recognize their sacrifices, and acknowledge their accomplishments, through Remembrance Day ceremonies, Memorials, and now this War Service Recognition Booklet. I look forward to continuing to assist Nova Scotia/Nunavut’s Veterans, and The Royal Canadian Legion, Nova Scotia/Nunavut Command, in assembling future editions of their War Service Recognition Booklet.
