CHIASSON, Peter Paul Special Duty Area Peter was born in New Waterford, NS, the son of the late Ben Luc and Sadie Jane Chiasson. He enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1957 and served until 1981. Peter served with the RCA in Canada, Germany and Cyprus. After his retirement, he made his home in Petit Etang, NS, and he is a member of Cheticamp Branch #032, The Royal Canadian Legion. He enlisted in the Canadian Army and served from 1951-1963. He served with the 3RCHA in Canada and Korea. He made his home in Cheticamp. CHIASSON, Wilfred WWII Wilfred was born in Cheticamp, NS, son of the late Leonard and Liza Chiasson. He enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1942 at the age of twenty-one, and served until 1946. He served with Le Regiment de Maissonneuve in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Holland.
