He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in Canada. He served as President of Elsmsdale Branch #048, The Royal Canadian Legion from 1983-1984. Arthur passed away in 2001. He was Able Seaman on Haida and served in the North Atlantic as one of the crew. He received a medal for assisting in rescuing survivors from the Frigate Valleyfield in the North Atlantic. WWII Fraser was born in Ship Harbor, Nova Scotia in 1916. He served the Royal Canadian Army from 1943-1945. Fraser passed away in 1952. He enlisted in 1915, and was wounded during duty. He received the Certificate of Merit from the Legion where he was a lifetime member. Quinn passed away in 1977.
