RICHARD, Fabian Joseph WWII Fabian was born in River Bourgeois in 1926. He served with the Merchant Marines in the Caribbean Sea from 1944-1945 with Point, Pelee, Park, Mount, and Bruce Oil Tankers. He moved to Ottawa, ON, and then to Halifax, N.S., and joined the Canadian Army with Black Watch in 1939. He served in the UK and Germany, where he was taken Prisoner of War.
