WWI Alva was born in Elmsdale, Nova Scotia in 1899. He joined the Royal Canadian Army and served with the Nova Scotia Regiment Construction and Forestry Corp. in England and Canada. KIDSON, Weldon Alexander WWII Weldon was born in Clam Bay, N.S. in 1917. He served aboard H.M.C.S. St Croix, Royal Canadian Navy Reserve as Leading Stoke.
