BURBIDGE, Aubrey Elvin WWII Aubrey was born on December 10, 1921 in Brickton, NS. He joined the Canadian Army, North Shore Regiment, R.C.E.M.E. in January 1943, and served in the UK and Holland. BURBIDGE, Charlie George WWII Charlie was born in Brickton, NS, on June 6, 1916. He enlisted with the Forestry Corps in 1940 and trained in Quebec. He served in England, and Scotland. Charlie passed away on October 23, 1992. Submitted by Middleton Branch 001 of The Royal Canadian Legion. BRUCE, Kenneth Leroy WWII Kenneth was born on June 5, 1917 in Bloomington, NS. He joined the Canadian Army, Westminster Regiment, 5th Armored Division in November 1940 and served in the UK, Continental Europe, Sicily and Italy. He returned home in 1945, and now resides in British Columbia. Submitted by Middleton Branch 001 of The Royal Canadian Legion. BURBIDGE, Burpee Wilfred WWII Burpee was born on September 4, 1911in Brickton, NS. He joined the Canadian Army, R.C.E.M.E. and served in the UK.
