WHITE, Jeffery Boyd WWII Jeffery was born in Young’s Cove, Annapolis County, NS on August 7, 1916 and joined the Navy serving on HMCS Oakville in Canada and the Atlantic escorting ships and troops to England. He received the 1939-45 Star Medal, the Victory Service Medal and Clasp and the Volunteer Service Medal for naval duty. He was a member of the Digby Branch #020 for 20 years. WOODMAN, Robert Maxwell SPECIAL DUTY & PEACETIME Robert was born in Millertown, NL in 1938 and enrolled in the RCAF in April 1956 and took his training in St. Jean, PQ and was posted to Comox, BC. After several postings he was stationed at NDMC in Ottawa and from there went to 115 ATU at El Arish, Egypt from January 1964 until December 1964 and received the UNEF Medal. In September 2000, Robert received the Canadian Peacekeeping Medal at Calgary Chapter of CAVUNP. He then returned to 13 “X” Depot neat Camp Borden until October 1967 and then took his release from the force. Robert has been a member of the Isle Madame Branch #150 for 40 years. Submitted by the Isle Madame Branch #150 of The Royal Canadian Legion. WILSON, Donald R. WWII Donald was born in Nova Scotia in 1924 and joined the Army serving in England and Continental Europe.
