He joined the Royal Canadian Navy in 1954 and took his basic training at HMCS Naden. He then trained to become a musician. He served on HMCS Bonaventure, Kootenay, and Ottawa as well as on HMCS bases, at Stadacona, Shearwater, and Cornwallis. Kenneth has been a member of Clementsport Legion Branch #122 for 30 years. Submitted by the Clementsport Legion Branch #122 of The Royal Canadian Legion. FAREWELL, Thomas W. WWI Thomas enlisted with the 40th Battalion on August 10, 1915 at age 18. He sailed for overseas the following autumn and after several months in England, left for France where he was killed in action on June 11, 1918. Submitted by the Middleton Branch #001 of The Royal Canadian Legion. FEENEY, Thomas J. KOREA Thomas joined the Canadian Forces and served during the Korean War. Submitted independently. FEEHAN, Clifford WWII Clifford was born in Inverness, Nova Scotia. He joined the Royal Canadian Navy and served on HMCS Haida during World War II. Clifford was a member of Captain Angus L. Macdonald Legion Branch #132 in Inverness. Submitted by the Inverness Branch #132 of The Royal Canadian Legion.
