When he turned 17, he joined the Army before the end of the war and he stayed in Europe for the clean-up until 1919. He married twice in the United States and he passed away there. Submitted by the Grandona Branch # 124 of The Royal Canadian Legion. MacNEIL, Ferdinand Foche WWII Ferdinand served with the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War II. He died on June 26, 1942. He served with the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Highlanders in Europe during World War II. Donnie has been a member of Captain Angus L. MacDonald Legion Branch 132 in Inverness.
