PETER, David Lawrence “Buddy” PEACETIME Buddy was born in Maccan in 1933 and he served a tour of duty in Germany with the Canadian Armed Forces, Black Watch Regiment, He then moved to Toronto and Ottawa where he worked as a Commissionaire for several government agencies. On his return home, Buddy was employed with Fraser’s Dry Cleaners. Most recently, he was a Commissionaire in the Moncton area until his passing in 2013. He was also a very active member of the Army Cadets in Moncton as well as a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 01310 where he earned his 3rd degree, and a member of The Royal Canadian Legion.
