Nova Scotia/Nunavut Command of The Royal Canadian Legion www.ns.legion.ca 5 Project Chairman’s Message As Chairman of this important Legion project, it is truly an honour to present Volume 9 of our Veterans’ Service Recognition Book on behalf of the Executive Council and membership of Nova Scotia/Nunavut Command of The Royal Canadian Legion. These books are produced in an effort to honour and remember the lives and deeds of our Veterans and even after 9 volumes, the Legion branches of The R.C.L. as well as the general public continue to support this publication by contributing biographies and photos as well as through their generous support through donations and advertising.
