He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and served during World War II. He was a member of Whycocomagh Legion Branch # 123 for fifty-three years until his death in 2003. Submitted independently MALIN, Herbert WWI & WWII Herbert was born on February 22, 1896 in England. He served in the Canadian Army with the Overseas Expeditionary Forces from July 1915 to 1918, holding the rank of Lieutenant. He also served as a Sergeant during the Second World War from 1939 to 1945. Submitted independently MARKS, Llewellyn “Greer” WWII Greer was born in Oshawa, Ontario in 1919. He joined the Army during World War II and served in Germany with the Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps, 9th Brigade, 3rd Division. He was also with the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in the Tech. Division. Greer was a member of Centennial Legion Branch # 160 for twenty-one years and was Veteran of the Month in May 2010. He died in 2013.
