He joined the Army in World War II and served with the Loyal Edmonton Regiment of the Royal Canadian Infantry Corps in England and Italy where he was killed in action on December 16, 1944. Lance Cpl. Cameron is buried in the Ravenna War Cemetery. He was employed in the Eastern Car Company when called to duty on March 17, 1943. Sam trained at Camp Aldershot for four months and was sent to England. He received campaign medals for Italy as well as the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and the Victory Medal 1939-45. Submitted independently CAMPBELL, Albert WWI Albert was born in 1892 in Weymouth North, Nova Scotia. He joined the Army in World War I and served overseas with the Canadian Expeditionary Force in the 58th Howitzer Battery. Albert was hospitalized at Ste. Anne’s Hospital, DVA, in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec. Submitted independently CAMPBELL, Colin Gurnon WWI Colin was born in 1894 in Weymouth North, Nova Scotia. He joined the Army during World War I and served in the Royal Field Artillery as a Lieutenant. He was killed in action in 1917. Submitted independently
