He served in the Air Force with the 6th Airborne Division during the Second World War. He served in Canada, England and Germany. He was a Canadian Army Volunteer and he did his military service overseas and his active service in Germany. Submitted independently HENDERSON, Frank Milford WWII Frank was born in Wolfville, Nova Scotia in 1915. He joined the Army in 1941 and served at various locations in Canada. He served with The North Nova Scotia Highlanders. He was a carpenter with the Canadian Army Corp. He moved to British Columbia in 1965, and remained there until his death in 1994. Submitted by the Lumsden Branch # 074 of The Royal Canadian Legion HENDERSON, Harry Wallace WWI Harry was born in New Harbour, Nova Scotia to Andrew and Carrie (Luddington) Henderson. Harry served in 193rd Battalion of the Canadian Army in England in the Forestry Division, when he was only 16 years old. His Medal has the following on it: Private C.F.C. 902308 2635A, King George 5th on the front and Man on Horse 1914-1918 on the back with skulls and cross bones under the horse’s feet.
