George was their second son. He enlisted in October 1941 with the Dental Corp and served in Newfoundland. He came home from war, but is now deceased. All served in some overseas theatre of war. Ernest was their fifth son. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Artillery in April 1940 and went overseas in October 1941. He served with an Ack Ack Battery in England. He came home from the war, but is now deceased. All served in some overseas theatre of war. Matthew was the oldest. He enlisted in September 1939 and went overseas in July 1941.
