Their home is always adapting to changes as well as staff updating their knowledge and good practice, for the elders within our community; making your loved ones time that much more special. Our residences which are conveniently located within a three minute walk of each other, 58 Main St, Rose-Marie Care Home and 21 William St. Adassa’s Respite are actual houses, those who reside there feel as if they are living in their own home, for example, if someone comes to the front door and rings the bell, they could be there to greet their guests and welcome them into THEIR home. Our home has spacious private and a semi-private room, which is usually shared by a married couple. Our “open door” policy allows the residents’ families and friends to stop in and visit anytime without the need to call ahead and make an appointment. Our caregivers are happy to adapt and work around the wants, needs and schedules of each of the residents, we are very proud of our company police since 2012 of operating on a 6:1 staffing ratio. It is our privilege to love them, hug them, laugh with them, sing with them and YES!, even dance with them into this new chapter of their lives!
